Detailed description of the accommodation: The holiday home impresses with its wonderful location directly on the Eider. A boat dock and swimming opportunities are just 20 metres away. You will stay in the holiday region of Horst, Hennstedt, Dithmarschen, Nordfriesland, Schleswig-Holstein, close to the North Sea, Eider, Treene, Sorge, St. Peter Ording, and Büsum. The unit has a separate entrance, is well-maintained, and very comfortably furnished. The house extends over two floors. On the ground floor you will find: - Entrance area - Bathroom/WC with shower, washing machine, gas central heating - Dining area with a well-equipped kitchen: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, and freezer A wooden staircase leads from the dining area to the upper floor with: - Bedroom: double bed, TV, and direct view of the Eider - Living room: relax sofa, TV, and direct view of the Eider - WC and washbasin All windows in the holiday home are fitted with insect screens. Ferienhaus Martje stands only a few metres from a second holiday home, which can also be booked. Together, both houses offer accommodation for up to 6 people. The quiet and beautiful area of Dithmarschen, Hennstedt/Horst, invites you to relax between the Eider and the North Sea.

Located in Hennstedt, Schleswig-Holstein, this charming 70 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find a double bedroom with direct views of the Eider River and 2 single bedrooms, all featuring flat-screen TVs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, television, high chair, and a cozy fireplace in the living area. Step outside to enjoy your private garden and 2 private terraces, one covered and one uncovered, positioned at the front and back of the house. A private grill is available for outdoor dining while taking in the peaceful waterside location just 20 meters from the Eider River, where you can access a boat dock and swimming opportunities. Shared on-site parking for 1 vehicle is provided. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The North Sea is approximately 25 minutes away by car, placing you in the heart of the vacation region near St. Peter Ording and Büsum. The house features insect screens on all windows and was renovated in 2021. A second vacation home is located nearby and can be booked together for larger groups. For tradespeople and craftsmen, a security deposit is available for an extra fee before key handover.
